We first published Land of the Free as a block of the month in 2001. We have had many requests for them so here they are as downloadable PDF patterns. Click the blocks for more information.
Included in each pattern are:
- A color image of both the block and the Land of the Free quilt
- A black and white pattern for the block. (You will need to enlarge this pattern by approximately 165% to bring it up to full size.)
- Yardage and cutting instructions for the entire quilt. The "Setting the Quilt Together" instructions are on page 3 of Block #12, the Center Medallion.
- Basic applique instructions.
