Capri Cream  is a lovely tea with a creamy nectar beginning, followed by a burst of pineapple, sweet citrus finish. This tea comes in loose leaf wrapped in a muslin bag. About 15 servings per bag.

This family run local tea company combine ingredients straight from the garden, farm, forest, and briar patch, and are locally sourced in the Alabama area when possible. All to create lovely and delicious tea blends, iced or hot.

Caffeinated. Brew at 180 degrees for 5 minutes

We are also carrying a simple and classic tea ball for brewing single servings of tea. When you buy 5 teas, use code TEADEAL, and a tea ball will be added to your order for FREE.

Ingredients: Milk Oolong Tea (Contains Milk*), Apples, Pineapple, Persimmons, Orange Rind, Lemon Rind, Chamomile, Lime Leaves, Spearmint, Lemon Oil, Natural Flavor

*This tea is steamed by a time-honored process using milk; as a result, it does contain a small amount of dairy

Piper and Leaf has a concentrate system. Here's how it works and, spoiler, it's way easy!

You take one whole muslin bag of loose leaf tea place it in a French press, or put the tea directly in that muslin bag as your infuser and place it in a Mason jar, heat-resistant pitcher, or bowl. Add exactly 28oz of boiling water, and let the tea steep however long it says on the bag. Push the French press down and pour into a jar or pitcher. If not using a French press, squeeze the tea in the muslin bag to release the remaining liquid tea.

The tea concentrate is 8 times stronger than regularly brewed tea, and can be kept in the fridge for a month. Add 3 tbls. of tea concentrate to 1-1/2 cups boiling water for a cup of hot tea or use less water plus ice for iced tea. You can use tea concentrate in baking (think Caramel Apple Pie Cookies!) or in mixed drinks. Let us know what you come up with!
