Tilda's Autumn/Winter 2023 Hibernation collection is an interesting group of designs. Three of the prints feature hibernating animals (dreaming squirrel, slumbermouse, and dreamy bird) that blend into the print in a natural way.
The bundle of 20 fat quarters includes 5 different prints, in 4 different colorways: brown, green, blue, and a rich pinkish red. Browns have been hard to find for a while so I am very happy to have these. The green, blue, and red prints include pinks that pull the whole collection together.
I wash and dry all my new fabric before sewing, and these are no exception. The video below explains why I always wash my fabric.
