This is a sharp needle (which is shorter than a milliners needle) in a size 12. This point of this needle is SHARP and glides with amazing smoothness through the fabric.

Be warned that this is a rigid needle. I like it a lot but if you are a serious needle-bender, this one could snap in your hand.
