Blackwing's first-ever pen is made from machined aluminum with a balanced weight and ergonomic shape. It features a hefty dual-spring clicker and a smooth Schmidt rollerball cartridge with black ink.
With that hefty click from its dual-spring mechanism, the magnetic cap also makes disassembly effortless, allowing the cap to snap back into place with ease. The ergonomic half-moon shape is designed to feel natural in your hand and comfortable for prolonged writing and drawing sessions. Inspired by Blackwing pencils, the flat side of the pen stays put on your workspace. The weight is balanced, feeling substantial, yet not too heavy.
What about refills? ☺️ Each pen includes a medium Schmidt rollerball cartridge with black ink that lays down a smooth, expressive line, but it will work with any capless rollerball cartridge. While Blackwing doesn't have refill cartridges yet, this cool pen can be refilled with any capless rollerball cartridge.
