EPP hexagon flowers look great appliqued to a pretty print.

The finished quilt is 52" x 72" - great for on top of a bed, to use as a throw, or on the wall. It is a fast quilt to make.

Included in the 7-page PDF downloadable pattern are:

• A color photo of the whole quilt
• Yardage and cutting instructions for the entire quilt
• English paper piecing instructions
• A detailed diagram showing where to place the different sizes of flowers

You'll need the following sizes of hexagon papers: 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1 1/4", and 2".

FABRIC NOTE: The big print in the background is from the Leanika collection by Dena Designs for Free Spirit and it is probably long gone. There are, however, lots and lots of great fabrics on the market that would look great in this quilt. Look for a big print for the background that is 'airy', with enough open space so that the flowers show up against it. Happy fabric hunting!

The hex flowers are made from a wide variety of pinks. The border backgrounds were chosen to quietly accent the center print.
