Flutterbye, Butterflies is one of the quilts shown in our book, 100 Whimsical Quilt Designs. The butterfly blocks are vintage-inspired, the border came from our book Contemporary Classics in Plaids and Stripes. You can make this quilt using the applique blocks in the book, but Linda and I thought that many of you would like access to the pattern pages and the instructions to make this one quilt.

Finished quilt size: 40" x 40"

Included in this 29-page pattern are:

• The full-size black and white patterns to make the quilt. Please note that the pattern pages print on 8 1/2" x 11" pages. The border pages must be trimmed and taped together to make the full-sized pattern.
• Yardage and cutting instructions.
• Basic applique instructions.
• You do not need the book to use this pattern.
