O Happy Day is one of the quilts shown in our book, 100 Whimsical Quilt Designs. You can make this quilt using the applique blocks in the book, but you will need to enlarge the block—a lot.

The book is not big enough to include the full-size Rooster pattern, the yardage, and cutting instructions so Linda and I thought that you might like access to the already-enlarged pattern pages and the instructions to make this one quilt. 

Finished quilt size: 48" x 48".

The Rooster block was first published as Cock-A-Doodle Do! and is still available as a digital epattern at a smaller size, with a different border.

Included in this 47-page pattern are:

• The full-size black and white pattern to make the quilt. Please note that the pattern pages print on 8 1/2" x 11" pages that must be trimmed and taped together to make the full-sized pattern.
• Yardage and cutting instructions.
• Basic applique instructions.
• You do not need the book to use this pattern.

Digital Downloads are delivered directly to your computer as PDF files that you can save and print on your own printer.
